The Zumba program currently offers several types of Zumba classes:

Group Core & More
30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips. Motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, resistance tubes, and weights.
Full body burn meets Fit Camp/Boot Camp – Looking for that challenging workout that will define your body and shred everything?! This class offers just what you need using your body weight plus some! This will target your entire body and you will want to come back for more! 4 week sessions
