This 12 Week Lifestyle & Fitness Challenge starts on April 23, 2014 from 5:30pm-630pm with NASM Personal Trainer Krystal. Registration begins April 15- April 23, 2014 at 611 Waterman Ave East Prov, RI. In 12 weeks you will learn who to GET HEALTHY, NOT SKINNY. This is not a DIET, IT IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE. You will receive a 30min group workout for beginners, and intermediate, with an additional 30mins of Nutritional information. Registration starts Tuesday April 15 @ 9am-2pm and 600pm-830pm.
